End User License Agreement (EULA) for Context

Effective Date: January 31, 2024

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement" or "EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and JUNPING LTD ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the Context mobile application ("App"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the App.

1. Grant of License

We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

a. License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the App or make the App available to any third party.
b. Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the App.
c. Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) of ours or our licensors' included in the App.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

You acknowledge that we own all right, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights therein, even if we incorporate any of your feedback into subsequent versions. The rights granted to you in this Agreement are subject to the foregoing and are for the term of this Agreement only.

4. Your Content

The App may allow you to submit content, including but not limited to text from images for translation and definitions. You retain all rights in any content you submit, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display the content in connection with the App's operation.

5. Privacy

Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. Please read the Privacy Policy carefully for information relating to our collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information.

6. Modification to the App

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the App or any service to which it connects, with or without notice and without liability to you.

7. Term and Termination

This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by you or us. We may, in our sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this Agreement with or without prior notice.

This Agreement will terminate immediately, without prior notice from us, if you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. You may also terminate this Agreement by deleting the App and all copies thereof from your mobile device.

Upon termination of this Agreement, you shall cease all use of the App and delete all copies of the App from your mobile device.

8. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

9. Amendments to this Agreement

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By using the App, you are consenting to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree to all of the terms of this EULA, you must not use or access the App.
